New Mexico Statutes
§ 3-20-9 — Subdivision within platting jurisdiction of a county and
municipality; dual approval. Any person seeking the approval of a plat of a subdivision within the platting jurisdiction of both a county and municipality shall secure an endorsement of approval from both the board of county commissioners and the planning authority of the municipality before the plat is filed in the office of the county clerk.
