As used in the State Ethics Commission Act: A. "commission" means the state ethics commission; B. "commissioner" means a member of the commission; C. "complainant" means a person who files a verified complaint with the commission; D. "complaint" means a complaint that has been signed by the complainant and the complainant attests under oath and subject to penalty of perjury that the information in the complaint, and any attachments provided with the complaint, are true and accurate; E. "director" means the executive director of the commission; F. "government contractor" means a person who has a contract with a public agency or who has submitted a competitive sealed proposal or competitive sealed bid for a contract with a public agency; G.
