Text

The purposes of this act [10-10-1 to 10-10-5 NMSA 1978] are: A. to secure and to channel selected college students into positions within the state government; B. to aid in the process of coordinating the various institutions of higher learning of the state with the state government; C. to stimulate the various state agencies and offices to improve their services and functions; D. to formulate recommendations concerning personnel administration and other programs affecting state personnel.
