§ 10-11-23 — State general member coverage plan 2; amount of

New Mexico·Ch. 10 Public Officers and Employees·Art. 11 Retirement of Public Officers and Employees
pension; form of payment A. Under state general member coverage plan 2, the amount of pension under form of payment A is equal to two and one-half percent of final average salary multiplied by credited service. The amount shall not exceed seventy-five percent of the final average salary.
