§ App.A:9-66 — Definitions relative to domestic security preparedness.
3.For the purposes of this act: "Planning group" means the Domestic Security Preparedness Planning Group established pursuant to section 8 of this act. "Task force" means the Domestic Security Preparedness Task Force created pursuant to section 4 of this act. L.2001,c.246,s.3.
