§ App.A:9-38 — Deputies or assistants
The Governor is empowered to appoint one or more deputies or assistants whom the Governor deems necessary to assist in effectuating the purposes of this act and to fix their compensation, designation, title, powers and duties. L.1942, c. 251, p. 682, s. 6.
