Text
The Governor, and the Director of Civil Defense subject to the approval of the Governor, are authorized and empowered to enter into and implement on behalf of this State mutual aid agreements, compacts or arrangements in relation to civil defense with other States, their political subdivisions or their civil defense authorities. L.1951, c. 72, p. 461, s. 2.
