§ App.A:9-43.6. Technical assistance, planning grants to municipalities
The State and counties shall be authorized to provide technical assistance and planning grants to municipalities to assist in the preparation and revision of municipal Emergency Operations Plans pursuant to section 19 of this amendatory and supplementary act. L.1989, c.222, s.23.
