Text
Any interested person acting on behalf of a child placed under section 34 hereof or the child's parents or guardian may petition the court for any order terminating the placement. The petition must be verified and must show: a. That an application for the child's return to his home was made to an appropriate person after expiration of the Order of Placement provided for in section 34 hereof; b. That the application was denied or was not granted within 30 days from the day application was made; and c. The grounds for the petition. L.1974, c. 119, s. 40, eff. Oct. 10, 1974.
