5.The Division of Child Protection and Permanency shall maintain, at all times, an emergency telephone service for the receipt of calls involving a report, complaint, or allegation of child abuse or neglect. L.1971, c.437, s.5; amended 2004, c.130, s.24; 2012, c.16, s.25.
