§ 9:24-6 — Rules and regulations

New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
The commissioner shall issue and promulgate, after consultation with the Governor's manpower co-ordinating committee and the Commissioner of Labor and Industry, such rules and regulations as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act, and to revise, repeal or amend said rules and regulations from time to time. L.1968, c. 125, s. 6, eff. June 26, 1968.
