§ 9:24-3 — Liberal construction
New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and intent thereof. L.1968, c. 125, s. 3, eff. June 26, 1968.
