§ 9:17-54 — Costs and fees
New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
17.The court may order reasonable fees of counsel, experts, and the child's guardian ad litem, and other costs of the action and pre-trial proceedings, including blood or genetic tests, to be paid by the parties in proportions and at times determined by the court. L.1983, c. 17, s. 17.
