§ 9:17-49 — Civil action under act; trial by court.

a.An action under this act is a civil action governed by the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey.
b.The trial shall be by the court without a jury. L.1983,c.17,s.12; amended 1998, c. 1, s.46.
