§ 59:6-2 — Failure to provide medical facilities or mental institutions

New Jersey·Title 59 CLAIMS AGAINST PUBLIC ENTITIES
Neither a public entity nor a public employee is liable for failure to provide a medical facility or mental institution, or if such facility or institution is provided, for the failure to provide sufficient equipment, personnel or facilities in a mental institution or medical facility. L.1972, c. 45, s. 59:6-2.
