The Water Supply Facilities Element in the Division of Water Resources of the Department of Environmental Protection, together with all its functions, powers and duties, is hereby transferred to the authority established pursuant to this act. This act shall not affect the terms of office of, nor the salaries received by, the present officers or employees of the element. L.1981, c. 293, s. 24, eff. Oct. 7, 1981.
