§ 58:1B-12 — No personal liability on bonds
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
Neither the members of the authority nor any person executing bonds issued pursuant to this act shall be liable personally on the bonds by reason of the issuance thereof. L.1981, c. 293, s. 12, eff. Oct. 7, 1981.
