§ 58:1B-2 — Legislative findings
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
The Legislature finds that a State authority should be established to acquire, finance, construct and operate water systems pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1981, c. 293, s. 2, eff. Oct. 7, 1981.
