8.
a.The board may suspend or revoke a license pursuant to the provisions of section 17 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-17). The board shall establish standards and requirements for the reinstatement of a site remediation professional license that has been suspended or revoked.
b.The board may prohibit any person whose application for an initial license or for a license renewal is denied, or whose license is revoked, from applying for a license for a period of not more than three years. The term during which reapplication is prohibited shall be established as part of the determination of the board in the proceedings concerning the denial or revocation. L.2009, c.60, s.8.
