15.
a.No person shall use a certified subsurface evaluator for the remediation of a discharge from an underground storage tank regulated pursuant to P.L.1986, c.102 (C.58:10A-21 et seq.).
b.Any person who remediates a discharge from an unregulated heating oil tank may hire a certified subsurface evaluator or a licensed site remediation professional to perform the remediation. L.2009, c.60, s.15.
