12.
a.No more than 90 days after the date of enactment of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-1 et al.), the department shall establish a temporary site remediation professional license program. The department shall issue a temporary site remediation professional license to any individual who qualifies for the license pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C.58:10C-13).
b.An application for a temporary license or license renewal shall be accompanied by an application fee established by the department that shall cover all costs of processing the application and developing and conducting license exams. The department may also establish an annual fee that shall be charged to a person who qualifies for a temporary license that shall cover all costs of administering and enforcing th
