§ 58:10C-5 — Powers, duties of board.

5.The board shall have the following powers and duties: a. To review and approve or deny applications for licensing site remediation professionals; b. To administer and evaluate licensing examinations for site remediation professionals; c. To issues licenses and license renewals to all qualifying site remediation professionals; d.
