The record of dissolution provided for by section 56:1-6 of this Title shall be made by the county clerk and by the Secretary of State by writing the word "dissolved," together with the date of the certificate of dissolution, in the margin of the book or books used for filing trade-name certificates, at or near the place where such trade-name certificate shall have been indexed. For the filing of such certificates and recording the dissolution of the trade-name the county clerk and the Secretary of State shall each receive a fee of $1.00. The county clerk, at the time of filing such certificate, shall collect from the person presenting the same, in addition to the fee payable to him, the fee payable to the Secretary of State for filing and recording the same, and shall immediately forward
