§ 56:10-1 — Short title
New Jersey·Title 56 TRADE NAMES, TRADE-MARKS AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Franchise Practices Act." L.1971, c. 356, s. 1, eff. Dec. 21, 1971.
