Text

The commissioner shall issue and promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. The commissioner shall review and consider the findings and recommendations of the commission in the administration of the provisions of this act. L.1976, c. 133, s. 7, eff. Dec. 27, 1976.
