§ 55:14J-47 — Rules and regulations; review of findings and recommendations of commission by commissioner
New Jersey·Title 55 TENEMENT HOUSES AND PUBLIC HOUSING
The commissioner shall issue and promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary and appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. The commissioner shall review and consider the findings and recommendations of the commission in the administration of the provisions of this act. L.1976, c. 133, s. 7, eff. Dec. 27, 1976.
