§ 54:52-7 — Providing false information

New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
A person is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree if he provides, or causes to be provided, false information with purpose to hinder an official investigation, inquiry, examination or audit by the director or a duly authorized representative. L. 1987, c. 76, s. 17.
