§ 54:35-18 — Payment of reward to informant

New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
Upon the collection of such tax, and penalties thereon, if any, the comptroller of the treasury may, on satisfactory proof of the agreement and the amount of tax and penalties, if any, paid into the state treasury, duly certified to him by the state tax commissioner, draw his warrant on the state treasurer in favor of the person giving the information for the amount called for by the terms of the agreement. All amounts becoming due under the provisions of this section shall be paid from the same fund provided in the annual appropriation bill for the payment of refunds to estates pursuant to section 54:35-10 of this title and refunds to counties pursuant to section 54:33-10 of this title.
