§ 54:29A-68 — Attendance of Attorney-General
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
The Attorney-General shall attend the hearings of the State Tax Commissioner in person or by such deputy as he may appoint for that purpose. L.1941, c. 291, p. 795, s. 68.
