§ 54:29A-6 — General powers of commissioner
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
The commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to carry into effect the provisions of this act and subject thereto he shall prescribe and publish all needful rules and regulations for its enforcement. He shall keep a record of his proceedings and shall report annually to the Legislature. L.1941, c. 291, p. 775, s. 6.
