§ 54:29A-46 — Payments; due dates
New Jersey·Title 54 TAXATION
The full amount of franchise tax assessed by the commissioner for each year shall be due and delinquent on June 15. On December 1 in each year, the full amount of the Class II property tax payable under this act shall be due and delinquent. All payments shall be made to the State Treasurer.
