§ 52:9M-5 — Cooperation with law enforcement officials
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Upon request of the Attorney General, a county prosecutor or any other law enforcement official, the commission shall co-operate with, advise and assist them in the performance of their official powers and duties. L.1968, c. 266, s. 5, eff. Sept. 4, 1968.
