Text
Nothing contained in sections 2 through 12 of this act shall be construed to supersede, repeal or limit any power, duty or function of the Governor or any department or agency of the State, or any political subdivision thereof, as prescribed or defined by law. L.1968, c. 266, s. 13, eff. Sept. 4, 1968. Amended by L.1969, c. 67, s. 2, eff. May 28, 1969.
