The commission may request and shall receive from every department, division, board, bureau, commission, authority or other agency created by the State, or to which the State is a party, or of any political subdivision thereof, co-operation and assistance in the performance of its duties. L.1968, c. 266, s. 14, eff. Sept. 4, 1968.
