Text
Prior to making any recommendations concerning a bill or resolution pending in either house of the Legislature, the commission shall advise the sponsor of such bill or resolution and the chairman of any standing legislative committee to which such bill or resolution has been referred of such recommendations. L.1979, c. 254, s. 7, eff. Dec. 21, 1979.
