Text
Within 5 days after the adoption of a resolution authorizing a public hearing and not less than 7 days prior to that public hearing, the commission shall advise the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the General Assembly that such public hearing has been scheduled. The President and the Speaker shall, after reviewing the subject matter of the hearing, refer such notice to the appropriate standing committee of each house. L.1979, c. 254, s. 5, eff.
