§ 52:9H-30 — Governor's budget message; request for appropriation
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
In presenting the annual budget message the Governor shall not request or recommend for appropriation any amount in excess of the maximum appropriations permitted pursuant to this act for the fiscal year for which the budget message is presented. L.1990,c.94,s.7.
