New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
4.
a.The council shall be entitled to call to its assistance and avail itself of the services of employees of any State, county or municipal department, board, bureau, commission or agency as it may require and as may be available to it for its purposes, and to employ counsel and stenographic and clerical assistants and incur traveling and other miscellaneous expenses as it may deem necessary, in order to perform its duties, and as may be within the limits of funds appropriated or otherwise made available to it for its purposes.
b.The council may make use of existing studies, surveys, data and other materials in the possession of any State agency, other than the records and files of the Director of the Division of Taxation that are confidential under R.S.54:50 8, and such material in the
