New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The budget message of the Governor shall contain his budget recommendations for all appropriations to be made from State revenues under one budget. L.1945, c. 33, p. 90, s. 1.
