§ 52:9H-29 — Maximum appropriations not required
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
This act shall not be construed to require the State to appropriate in any fiscal year the maximum appropriations permitted pursuant to the formula prescribed in this act. L.1990,c.94,s.6.
