§ 52:9E-7 — Direct application for funds permitted
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
7.Nothing in this act shall preclude a qualifying research institution or any other research facility in the State from directly applying for or receiving funds from any public or private agency to conduct spinal cord research. L.1999,c.201,s.7.
