New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
11.The commission shall adopt such regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1999,c.201,s.10.
