§ 52:6-21 — Manual; provision to applicants
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The secretary of state shall provide to each applicant a manual prescribing the powers and duties of a foreign commissioner of deeds. Amended by L.1981, c. 395, s. 4, eff. Jan. 6, 1982.
