Text
Each foreign commissioner of deeds shall, before he enters upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe an oath to perform well and faithfully the duties of his office in accordance with the laws of this State. The oath may be administered by any person authorized to do so under R.S. 41:2-1 or R.S. 41:2-17. Amended by L.1981, c. 395, s. 3, eff. Jan. 6, 1982.
