§ 52:27F-32 — Liberal construction of act

New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS

The object and design of this act being the protection of the public health, safety and welfare by means of the coordination of State planning, regulation and authority in energy related matters, this act shall be liberally construed. L.1977, c. 146, s. 29, eff. July 11, 1977.
