In order to implement the responsibilities required by section 2 of this act, the commissioner shall: a. Review and evaluate, every 3 years, existing State programs and policies concerning energy emergency preparedness; and b. Hold public hearings, as the commissioner deems necessary, concerning energy supply shortages, energy emergency preparedness and related matters. L.1983, c. 559, s. 3, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
