New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
8.Allocation of the Office of the Public Defender to the Department of State as provided herein shall not alter or change the term, tenure of office, rights, obligations, duties or responsibilities otherwise provided by law for the Public Defender. L.1994,c.58,s.8.
