§ 52:18A-98 — Authority to appoint, employ or remove personnel
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The authority, vested pursuant to any law in any of the respective agencies, to appoint, employ or remove administrative, clerical or any other personnel, is hereby transferred to and vested in the State Treasurer. The State Treasurer shall fix the compensation and duties of persons appointed or employed by him. L.1955, c. 70, p. 234, s.
