§ 52:18A-109 — Supplementary annuity program; establishment; contributions
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
Each State administered retirement system shall establish, as a part thereof, a supplementary annuity program under which it will receive voluntary contributions from its members, which shall be in addition to any contributions required of them by that retirement system, for the purpose of providing annuities to supplement their retirement allowances. Each such State administered retirement system shall, upon receipt of such contributions, place the same in the Supplemental Annuity Collective Trust, hereinafter described. L.1963, c. 123, s. 3.
