§ 52:18A-107 — Purpose of act
New Jersey·Title 52 STATE GOVERNMENT, DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICERS
The purpose of this act is to enable active members of the several State administered retirement systems to make voluntary additional contributions to provide annuities to supplement their retirement allowances provided by such systems. L.1963, c. 123, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1963.
