Text

a.The authority may exercise the power of eminent domain in the manner provided in the "Eminent Domain Act of 1971," P.L.1971, c. 361 (C. 20:3-1 et seq.).
b.The authority may take possession of any property with respect to which it institutes an eminent domain action upon filing of a declaration of taking and otherwise as provided by Article V of the "Eminent Domain Act" (C. 20:3-15 et seq.). L.1981, c. 120, s. 13, eff. April 16, 1981.
